These dinners follow traditional recipes of European culinary schools. Please note, however, that menus depend upon the chefs' prerogative to interpret recipes in an innovative way, making use of the freshest ingredients available. Menus include warm baguettes, pastureland creams and butters, extra virgin olive oil, organic produce and fresh meats. Loose teas & European Roasterie coffees accompany the desserts. Alcoholic beverages listed on menus are included in the price of the meals. Bar for other beverages will be available during cocktails and dinner.
This calendar is subject to change. Sleigh rides and other outside services and entertainment are subject to a minimum number of reservations and to weather conditions.
Feel free to inquiry about dates for additional Culinary Dinners on your special occasions: we will be glad to start planning your birthday, anniversary, grooms dinner, retirement party, company and other gatherings as a culinary outing. |
